This is my first blog entry.
The experience of facing the empty page with nothing but past esperiences and the unlimited potentials of my life to either express or not is both daunting and exhillarating.
Today is sunny and warm.
I choose to go out into these elements after an extended time of dim coolness.
Stay tuned for the next entry in which I will outline the triad of life at the core of true health and healing.
Understanding the mysterious synchronicities which coincide as true health or its apparent absence and communicating occasional insights is one of my passions.
